Our Insurance Claim Support Services
1
Two River Restoration is NOT a public adjuster, however we have vast experience working with insurance companies and may be of assistance in determining whether a claim should be filed or not. Please call us at 732.383.7871.
4
If a claim is deemed necessary, a Two River representative will be happy to begin loss prevention for you immediately and take all the needed documentation & pictures for your insurance company.
2
After you’ve submitted a claim to your insurance company, an adjuster will be assigned to your claim. You should receive a phone call, letter, or email from your assigned adjuster introducing him/herself and informing you of the general process of your homeowner’s insurance company.
5
After our thorough investigation of your property you determine to make an insurance claim, Two River Restoration will not charge you if your insurance carrier denies the claim.
3
Next, the adjuster will review your policy and deductibles required. The adjuster will then evaluate the type and extent of damage sustained.
